Adrift At Sea
There are three typical problems created in a business
when it lacks a well-defined and visible USP.
First:members of that business will act on their own
version of it's USP for the future, so activities and plans
are developed in disconnected and a scattered way.
Second: In the absence of a USP, people responsible
for raising money may act on their plans rather than
the business mission, eventually investors see this and
withdraw support. Third: A business that is scattered
will not produce focused decisions, and poor decisions
will lead a company adrift, directionless, and at worse
in competing directions.

Finally, adopt a step by step method to develop and
create your USP. This can be your own approach or
something you have learned from others, but don't
leave anything to chance. This is your guide, your
clearly chosen path and the USP will be your constant
companion along the way.
Klondike Marketing, Inc. has a seven step plan for
developing a business USP. Along with this plan are six
worksheets anyone can use in the development and
final creation of their Universal Sales Proposition (USP).
If you would like a COPY of these worksheets, simply
REPLY with this newsletter asking for materials. I will
gladly FORWARD them to you.
Sincerely,
Caswell Forrest
